What you'll know

Every report answers the questions your buying or account team actually asks:

How deep is my coverage for each brand — by category?
Which specific products am I missing?
Where are the biggest gaps — which brand + category?
What new products did brands release this week?
Which sellers are listing less than others?
Which sellers have Clothing but no Bags?

Who is this for

We work with two types of companies. Both want to know what's missing - but the question is different.

If you're
Multi-brand Retailer
You buy inventory from brands (Gucci, Prada, etc.) and sell to customers.
Question:
"Gucci has 200 shoes. I only have 80. Which 120 am I missing? And which categories have the biggest gaps?"
We scrape brand websites (Gucci.com, Prada.com)
Match products against your catalog
Show coverage % by category (Bags: 75%, Shoes: 44%)
List missing products with style codes + prices
If you run
Marketplace with 3P Sellers
You operate a platform where boutiques or brands list their products.
Question:
"Boutique A lists 500 Gucci products. Boutique B lists 10. Which sellers should we push? And which categories are they missing?"
We track what each seller lists by brand + category
Compare sellers against each other
Show who's underperforming (vs average)
Flag category gaps (has Clothing, missing Bags)

The Problem: No Visibility at Scale

Whether you're buying or managing sellers - tracking 50+ brands manually doesn't work.

Two versions of the same problem
Retailers
You carry Gucci - but only 44% of their Shoes. You didn't know.
Gucci launched 40 new shoes last month. You found out 3 weeks later.
No one tracks which categories have the biggest gaps.
Marketplaces
Seller A has 500 Gucci Clothing but 0 Gucci Bags. No one noticed.
Seller B lists 10 Gucci products. Average seller lists 258. Why?
A seller stopped listing last week. No alert.
Meanwhile, your team is stuck:
Hours browsing brand sites manually
Spreadsheets outdated by the time they're built
No category-level visibility
Finding gaps after customers leave

Frequently Asked Questions

What level of detail do you provide?

Brand → Category → Product. For retailers: coverage % by category plus list of missing products. For marketplaces: seller rankings by brand, category gaps per seller, and weekly change alerts.

Which sites can you scrape?

Any public website. Brand sites (Gucci.com, Prada.com), multi-brand retailers (Net-a-Porter, SSENSE), and marketplaces. We handle pagination, filters, and regional variations.

How do you match products?

We use style codes, GTINs, and product names. Uncertain matches are flagged for your review. You define the rules — we follow them.

How often is data updated?

You choose: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Brand sites can be monitored more frequently for new arrivals.

Is this a dashboard or a service?

Managed service. We collect the data and deliver reports. You don't need to log into anything. Optional dashboard available if your team wants to explore data themselves.

How does pricing work?

Based on: number of brands monitored × update frequency. Month-to-month, no setup fees. We'll quote after understanding your needs.

Can you track new product releases?

Yes. We monitor brand sites and alert you when new products appear — so you can add them before competitors do.

Do you work with both retailers and marketplaces?

Yes. Retailers use us to find missing products. Marketplaces use us to track seller performance. The data collection is similar — the reports are different.
